Terms & Conditions

Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

Clients may incur additional charges based on phone number usage, SMS/MMS messaging, voice minutes, email services, and platform usage. These charges are usage-based and billed automatically as they accrue.

Sample rates include (subject to change):

  • Local Numbers: $1.15/month

  • Toll-Free Numbers: $2.15/month

  • SMS: $0.0079/segment

  • MMS: $0.02–$0.10/message

  • Voice: $0.018–$0.0220/minute

  • AI/Automation Usage: Variable per function

A detailed cost breakdown is available upon request and through your client dashboard.

Wallet Balance & Auto-Top-Up

Clients maintain a digital wallet balance for usage-based charges. When the balance drops below the threshold, funds will be automatically debited using the selected top-up method on file.

No Refund Policy

All payments to Echo are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees and usage-based charges. By enrolling in our services, you agree that these are custom-built, initiated immediately, and non-reversible once launched.

Chargebacks Are Not Permitted

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for rendered services. Doing so violates this agreement. Echo reserves the right to submit documentation proving delivery and seek recovery of the disputed funds through legal or collection processes.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of prepaid periods.

Delivery of Services

A service is considered rendered and fulfilled once:

  • The client’s website has been developed and delivered, and/or

  • The automation platform setup has been finalized

Optional onboarding and training support may be provided but are not guaranteed as part of fulfillment.

Free Trials and Promotions

Echo may offer free trials, beta access, or limited-time offers for promotional or research purposes. Full service delivery only begins after activation of a paid subscription.

Payment Failures and Suspension

If a payment method fails, Echo will retry processing up to 4 times within 21 days. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the first failed attempt, platform access will be suspended until resolved.

Consent and Agreement

By purchasing any Echo services or checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms of Service

  • You accept our No Refund Policy

  • You waive the right to file chargebacks for services rendered

Changes to Terms

Echo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via your client dashboard, email, or the Echo website.
